Reiki

I have been a Reiki practitioner since 1995 and received my Reiki Master Teacher Certification in 2020. Reiki is a form of Energy Healing that was developed in Japan in the early 20th Century. The practice of which is based upon the idea that we all have an unseen life force energy flowing through our bodies. During a Reiki session, I gently hold my hands just above or on the client’s clothed body, helping to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and lessen pain, all while encouraging a healthy flow of energy throughout the body.
